There are those who seek inspiration in a parisian cafe over lavender lattes and then there is me, I seek inspiration in cheesy nacho's. It's taken me awhile to find my definition of perfect nachos, nachos that are covered in cheese, jalapenos, pinto beans, tomatoes, onions and served with the freshest salsa and guacamole.
